Abstract:
The research has as a general objective to understand the communication of the sensitive in the perspective of integrative and complementary practices in health (PICS) based on the application of Reiki to children, and has as research problem “in what ways can we understand the communication of the sensitive in the perspective of Integrative and Complementary Health Practices (PICS) based on the application of Reiki to children?”.

The proposal focuses on the notions of Communication of the Sensitive from the perspective of Marcondes Filho, going through the theories of Maffesoli, Santaella and Sodré. The study covers the principles about PICS (ARAÚJO; CARDOSO; LUZ) and Childhood and Children (CORSARO; SARMENTO SIROTA).

The methodology, with a qualitative focus, was carried out in person, respecting the care and protocols of the Covid-19 period. The methodological techniques followed three phases: Observation, Projective and Focus Group. The data analysis was defined a posteriori based on the elements coming from the field, originating four categories, constitutive elements of the communication of the sensitive: initial conversation, space, music and aroma and imposition of hands, being the codes established in this process.

The research was applied to children who receive Reiki care at the Ambulatório de Terapia Natural e Complementar 1º de Maio (ATNC), belonging to the Divina Providência Health Network (RSDP).

The results indicated that for children Reiki represents a space of protection that gives them the guarantee of security, of peace. The claimed that words like relaxing, harmony, peace, tranquility, comfort, good energy, happiness, joy, brought in the course of all the phases are connected to the way in which the practice of Reiki reverberated in them and are contained in the conceptions enunciated in the communication of the sensitive.

La recherche a comme objectif général de comprendre la communication du sensible dans la perspective des pratiques intégratives et complémentaires en santé (PICS) à partir de l'application du Reiki aux enfants, et a comme problème de recherche " de quelle manière pouvons-nous comprendre la communication du sensible dans la perspective des pratiques intégratives et complémentaires en santé (PICS) à partir de l'application du Reiki aux enfants ? ".

La proposition se concentre sur les notions de Communication du Sensible dans la perspective de Marcondes Filho, en passant par les théories de Maffesoli, Santaella et Sodré. L'étude couvre les principes concernant les PICS (ARAÚJO ; CARDOSO ; LUZ) et l'enfance et les enfants (CORSARO ; SARMENTO SIROTA).

La méthodologie, à orientation qualitative, a été réalisée en personne, en respectant les soins et les protocoles de la période Covid-19. Les techniques méthodologiques ont suivi trois phases : Observation, Projectif et Focus Group. L'analyse des données a été définie a posteriori sur la base des éléments provenant du terrain, à l'origine de quatre catégories, éléments constitutifs de la communication du sensible : conversation initiale, espace, musique et arôme et imposition des mains, étant les codes établis dans ce processus.

La recherche a été appliquée aux enfants qui reçoivent des soins Reiki à l'Ambulatório de Terapia Natural e Complementar 1º de Maio (ATNC), appartenant au réseau de santé Divina Providência (RSDP).

Les résultats ont indiqué que pour les enfants, le Reiki représente un espace de protection qui leur donne la garantie de la sécurité, de la paix. L'affirmation que des mots comme relaxant, harmonie, paix, tranquillité, confort, bonne énergie, bonheur, joie, apportés au cours de toutes les phases sont liés à la façon dont la pratique du Reiki s'est répercutée en eux et sont contenus dans les conceptions énoncées dans la communication du sensible.
